Kintsugi is a Japanese ceramic repairing technique. The technique is to repair what is "broken" with gold. Kintsugi embraces the Japanese philosophy wabi-sabi which means to "embrace and seek the beauty in imperfections. This collection shows how Kintsugi can be taken from a ceramic repairing technique and be transformed into sculpted garments
